【活動簡介(Introduction)】

台灣精密工程學會(Taiwan Society for Precision Engineering)與國立勤益科技大學(National Chin-Yi University of Technology)及上銀科技(HIWIN TECHNOLOGIES CORP.)共同舉辦「精密工程專題與論文獎(TSPE Research Project and Paper Competition)」。為整合產官學研各界相關資訊，除了學術論文競賽外，也安排專題演講、論壇，以及上銀科技企業參訪活動！達到學界與業界的雙重收穫！期能紮根精密工程技術能量，提升台灣精密工業的競爭力。

【活動辦法(Guideline)】

活動目的(Objectives)

為鼓勵優秀人才積極投入精密工程研發工作，台灣精密工程學會主辦「111年 精密工程專題與論文獎」，由上銀科技贊助，以期提升創新研究之風氣，並同時達到業界舉才之目的，促成產學研三方的交流與合作。

活動對象(Eligibility)

1. 大專專題獎(Research Project Competition)：主要對象為大專院校大學在學或應屆畢業生(undergraduate students)，決賽以海報(Poster)公開呈現(佐以實作作品尤佳)。並經由各領域的專家學者審查後，給予適當評語及建議，供爾後研究之參考，同時評選出優良作品以資獎勵。

2. 研究論文獎(Research Paper Competition)：主要對象為大專院校碩、博士在學或應屆畢業生(Graduate and PhD student)(之在學研究成果)，決賽以論文口頭(Oral Presentation)公開發表方式呈現。並經由各領域的專家學者審查後，給予適當評語及建議，供爾後研究之參考，同時評選出優良作品以資獎勵。

1.精密機械機構與控制技術

    Precision Machinery Mechanism and Control

2.智慧製造、資訊整合與人工智慧應用技術
    Intelligent Manufacturing / Information Integration / Artificial Intelligence Application

3. 精密機光電系統技術與感測技術

   Precision Mechanical and Photonic System / Sensing Technology

4. 新能源與淨零碳排

   New Source of Energy / Net Zero Carbon Emissions

5. 機器人開發與應用技術

   The Application of Robot Technique in Industry

6. 半導體、生技醫療與新材料等先進科技

   Advanced Technology : Semiconductor / Biotechnology and Medical Technology / Materials

活動時程(Important Dates)

The competition will be conducted in two phases: a preliminary round, and a final round.

1.(Preliminary) Deadline for registration and submitting paper: now~8/31

2.(Preliminary) Result announcements: 9/19~9/23

3.Registration Payment(Finalist Fee): 9/23~10/7

4.(Final) Deadline to submit PowerPoint files: 11/10

5.(Final) Date: 11/22(Tue.)

決賽繳費(Finalist Fee)

僅入決賽隊伍需繳交報名費用

1.大專專題獎(Research Project Competition)：新台幣1,300元整(NTD$1,300)

2.研究論文獎(Research Paper Competition)：

   10/1以前早鳥價，新台幣5,000元整 (Before 10/1: NTD$5,000 Early Bird Discount)

   10/2-10/7一般價，新台幣5,500元整 (10/2-10/7 : NTD$5,500)  

報名注意事項(Conditions)

1.僅入決賽隊伍需繳交報名費用，未於截止日111/10/7(五)前完成繳款者將失去參賽資格。

2.本費用包含報名費、台灣精密工程學會會費、午晚餐費。

3.完成繳費之隊伍，將提供2張午餐卷、2張晚餐卷。

4.若需加購卷，午餐$150/晚宴$1,500。請於繳款期限內告知加購數量，並於繳款截止日10/7(五)前同步完成繳費。

5.晚宴餐卷每組限額加購1張，超過1張需求者請來信告知主辦單位，主辦單位將視參加數量開放報名。繳款截止日後恕不接受加購晚宴餐卷。

◆ Each finalist must complete the payment before 10/7, 2022.

◆ Each finalist offers 2 lunch voucher and 2 banquet voucher.

◆ NTD$150/each with additional purchase of lunch voucher

◆ NTD$1,500/each with additional purchase of banquet voucher.

評分辦法(Criteria)

1.論文之原創性(Origianlity)：

  -計數之創新

  -原創性之理論突破

2.論文之學術及應用價值 (Academic Value and Social Value)：

  -理論推導或模式之建立

  -實驗原型或系統之建立

  -工程技術水準之提升

  -新技術在國內之發現

3.論文之組織架構 (Conceptual Framework)：

  -文獻彙集完整性

  -架構完整度

  -研究方法正確性

  -圖表及數據之表達符合工程要求

注意事項(Notice)

1.參賽者之設計作品必須為自行創作，絕無抄襲、盜用、冒名頂替或侵犯他人權益與著作權等情事，曾獲相關競賽之得獎作品可重複參加。參賽作品若經檢舉或告發涉及著作權、專利權及其他智慧財產權等之侵害，將被取消參賽資格，若有得獎亦將追回獎金，並由參賽者自行負擔法律責任。

2.所有入決賽團隊皆為公開發表，比賽時除主辦單位外，其他與會人員對於決賽作品不得有攝影、拍照及錄音之權利。

3.除為執行本活動的需求者外，非經參賽者同意，主辦單位不得任意轉發與公開。

4.所有得獎團隊須個別簽署公開授權同意書，同意《機械工業網》得轉載該作品一年。 

5.若有發現不符本活動辦法之規定者，主辦單位得隨時取消其參賽資格或得獎資格。

6.頒獎時缺席組別將取消得獎資格。

7.若參賽作品未達評審標準，則各類別之獎項得以從缺，且由評審團決議是否將相關獎金挪至其他組別。

8.得獎者所獲得之獎金或獎品，應依所得稅法規定扣繳所得稅。

9.決賽團隊須繳交報名費後，始獲得參賽資格。每位報名者於繳費後皆成為台灣精密工程學會會員。

10.其他未盡事宜，依評審委員會之決議執行之。

11.主辦單位保有活動隨時修改及終止本活動之權利，任何變更內容、注意事項或最新資訊將公布於活動網頁。

◆The Organizers reserve the right to modify any details regarding the competition. Any alterations will be announced on the official website.

◆Students must guarantee his or her full intellectual property right to the paper. Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Acts of plagiarism will lead to disqualifications of award.

◆The winning team’s performance during the competition will be recorded and uploaded to related official websites for the public’s reference. The winning team have to authorize the Organizers to use paper or poster for free, including public display, online exhibition on digital platforms, or any outreach methods, for the sake of emulation and academic interchange.

◆The Organizers reserve the right of making final decisions and adjustments for any defects or disputes.
